Today I am thankful for cookies.
Mostly, for their symbolism (according to me).
They bring a sparkle to a child's eyes.
They bring warmth on a cold day.
They bring comfort to the sick or lonely.
They provide an opportunity to extend a simple act of kindness.
They are round... an eternal circle.
Like a celestial marriage, sealed in Holy Temples.
