Case in point:
It is spring. (I think.) Monday night we grilled chicken for dinner. I was a beautiful day. I was planning on making a wonderful Japanese Chicken Salad with the leftover chicken (I always grill extra). As it turns out, it is a soup day.
We are now having Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup.
